We are seeking an experienced Casino Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You’ll be responsible for the daily execution of casino marketing campaigns. This includes, managing the calendar and workflow, proofing and routings of direct mail, emails, and various other channels. You’ll work collaboratively with other key stakeholders across the business to ensure timely delivery of assets and deployment as well as work with others to improve process and report on metrics of those campaigns. You’ll allow the casino team to grow by taking on the daily run and operate part of the business freeing others to focus on areas of growth for the business, including strategic alignment and planning. This role is designed to build the campaigns responsible for the daily booking revenue that the business already sees.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and analyze integrated casino marketing programs that drive conversion, including offer communications and the on-time delivery of direct mail, email & digital advertising communications.
- Recommend and present strategy for various marketing initiatives (which marketing touch points: digital, social, mail, email, etc.) and KPI/objectives for measuring success (i.e. ROI, web visits, open/click rate, bookings, etc.); ability troubleshoot and offer solutions for best consumer journey experience.
- Create and manage casino project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, fit within brand guidelines and proofed by all necessary stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and agency partners to gather & organize relevant details to inform strategy and creative brief.
- Work closely with creative and digital marketing team to ensure emails are relevant, mobile friendly and reach open, click to open and conversion rate goals.
- Collect results from various stakeholders, analyzes & shares the reports as well as makes recommendations for improvement.
- Test and optimize direct mail, email & digital ads, working with creative/production on formats and CRM & Digital Marketing team on targeting and segmenting for better conversion and ROI.
- Research casino/cruise line/travel/hospitality competitive promotional offers and shares/recommends tests monthly.
- Work closely with all casino stakeholders at PCL and Global Casino Operations to establish offers and campaigns that will drive casino bookings.
- Partner with internal and external creative services teams to create marketing materials that will increase ROI and conversion.
- Recommend marketing channels to deploy based on campaign type and audience strategy.
- Trouble shoot casino campaign technical issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders and sales teams.
- Seek new casino marketing opportunities to drive lead generation and increase database.
- Partner with web and IT to improve user experience for direct casino bookings online.
- Assist with land-based casino promotions, offering creative approvals and event support.
- Collaborate with analytics team to understand casino campaign results, using knowledge to make informed recommendations for improved performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years in retail/promotional marketing, either as a corporate client or in a marketing agency.
- Prior casino, travel or hospitality marketing experience preferred, but not required.
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency, decision making and multi-tasking skills.
- Prior experience with online advertising, direct mail and email marketing.
- Familiarity with budgets, Adobe AEP, Asana, Workfront, Outlook and Smartsheets preferred, but not required.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to gather & organize relevant details to inform strategy and creative brief.
- Planning and strategizing integrated marketing communications programs across multiple media is critical.
- Ability to understand data-driven results (Direct Response marketing – mail, email & digital advertising).
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Copywriting/editing skills helpful, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills required for communication with team, other departments, agencies, designers and colleagues.
- Must be comfortable and confident in ability to lead meetings with cross functional teams.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
This is a hybrid role and based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates must be driving distance and comfortable going into the office 3 days per week.

- Base Salary Range: $59,200-$79,900. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
