• Always adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming

• Completes duties on opening, closing and side work checklists.

• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age for all guests.
• Take orders, make recommendations, and offer positive feedback while being your unique self.
• Take care of business handling bills and payment process credit cards accurately and keep cash drawer balanced.
• Continually seek ways to exceed our guests' needs and expectations; keep a positive attitude while dealing with customer feedback.
• Monitor, restock, and replenish the service counter and dining room as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of all laws affecting alcohol purchase and patrons.
• Be dependable and punctual; take pride in your role and be a good team member.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation; the counter area should reflect our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items while keeping a positive attitude.
