Job Responsibilities:

• Menu Has strong knowledge of the menu and ingredients. Can identify allergens and offer suggestions based on dietary restrictions. Presents the menu in a friendly and approachable way. Accurately takes orders.
• Sauce Protocol Understands and follows sauce protocol procedures.
• Communication Exhibits soft skills such as social awareness. Can communicate with team members and help in other areas as needed to maintain a nice flow of the restaurant
• Table Touching Checks in with guests regularly and responds to any needs. Hands off food in a friendly manner.
• Maintenance Ensures the cleanliness of all areas including the restrooms. Duties include cleaning and restocking.
• Opening and Closing Conducts FOH opening and closing tasks per standards as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Salary

$17.28 - $23 per hour
