About the Job
Business acumen: makes good judgments, interprets data daily, ability to maximize fee-for-service contracts, and makes effective business decisions promoting mission and financial goals.
Uses case management software and other relevant tools to track client progress and manage program data.
Communication skills to promote any product or service of Goodwill; to relay information on a timely basis within the department and as appropriate to other department leaders, and externally to clients and partners.
Must be able to clearly articulate Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values. Must be able to communicate effectively with and relate to a wide variety of people including co-workers, staff, governmental agencies, and other community organizations.
Promotes organizational development and silo dismantling; provides an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork, supports continuous improvement, and gives priority to safety and respect for the people and practices of Goodwill.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vocational counseling, career development, or a related field. Supervisory experience preferred.
General administrative skills including developing, implementing, and monitoring company-wide policies and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communications and collaboration skills.
