Key responsibilities
1. Carpet cleaning
Perform thorough cleaning of carpets using professional grade carpet cleaning equipment and products to remove stains, dirt, and odors.
2. Carpet repairs
Conduct repairs such as seam repairs, patching, re-stretches.
3. Emergency water extraction
Extract water and dry carpets affected by floods or water damage.
4. General Maintenance
Inspect and maintain cleaning and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Keep detailed records of completed work including time spent and materials used.
5. Customer interaction
Communicate professionally with property managers and team members regarding the scope of work.
Insure all work meets client's expectations and company standards.
