We have a national and international presence spanning coast to coast, including U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and now, Puerto Rico. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.
We are seeking a Framing & Drywall Foreman to join our Self-Perform team for construction projects located in the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base area. The Framing & Drywall Foreman is responsible for the layout and construction of framing and drywall installations on large industrial projects on a military base. The foreman will oversee a crew of framing and drywall installers to ensure all work is completed within the scope of the project. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay: $30.00 - 35.00 per hour

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or GED is the preferred minimum formal education for this position. College/trade school courses in construction management preferred.
- Two or more years of work experience in a Framing/Drywall Foreman position (e.g. Scheduling, ordering, field supervision, safety, and production) over framing/drywall trades on medium or large projects.
- Five or more years of field trade work in construction (drywall preferred). Experience in the government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) preferred. Training can be provided.
- CPR, First Aid Certification required; OSHA 30-hour Certification and EM-385 preferred; Training can be provided.
- Spanish-English bilingual skills desirable.
