McLean Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team in the Baltimore, MD region. As the first line of management, you will supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring quality and efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry work on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Train and mentor carpenters in best practices.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades.
• Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
