Your role as a Caregiver

As a Caregiver at Christian Care Centers, Inc., you will be responsible for providing compassionate, hands-on support to our residents in Fort Worth, TX. Your daily tasks will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You will also help maintain a clean and safe living environment, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with dignity and respect. What we're looking for in a Caregiver

• To be successful as a Caregiver at Christian Care Centers, Inc., candidates should possess a variety of essential skills and qualifications.
• A high school diploma or GED is required, and holding a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate is a significant plus.
• Previous caregiving experience of at least six months is highly valued, as it demonstrates familiarity with resident care.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial, enabling you to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
• You should be adept at listening and empathizing with resident needs, fostering a comforting environment.
