Non- Medical Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Job Summary : Provide supportive and personal services for the clients with consideration of dignity and privacy. Provide personal care and hygiene to personal assistance clients. This is a per diem position.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to read, write and follow directions
- At least 18 years of age and has demonstrated competency
- Work positively and favorably with clients, families, and staff
- Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude
- Listed on the nurse aide registry with no finding against the aide relating to client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property
- Physical and or work release and a TB (Tuberculosis) Test
- Caregiverlist University Courses (2) completed online- Provided by Allied
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Follows the instructions of the Supervisor in providing personal assistance services
- Assist with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing
- Assist with food preparation; serve food, performs errands, light housekeeping, laundry, wash dishes etc.
- Observe and report any safety hazards found in the client's home or any significant observations regarding the client
- Completes mandatory annual training
- Report client complaints to Supervisor
- Maintain client confidentiality/adheres to HIPPA requirements and agency policy and procedures manual
- Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Report abnormal findings in client's conditions as observed and per care plan to supervisor
- Clock in/out on time via App – enter a summary of detailed shift care notes.
