Job Responsibilities:

• Assists and advocates for client with activities of daily living, including: Eating, Transportation to activities and programs, enjoy time together outside as needed, Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their care is being done.

   

• Is responsible, respectful and cooperative with patients/families, supervisors, fellow employees

   

• Maintains friendly working atmosphere

   

• Maintains appropriate attitude

   

• Maintains appropriate appearance

   

• Accepts constructive criticism as evidenced by appropriate changes in behavior

   

• Utilizes established channels of communication daily

   

•  Recognizes limitations and seeks assistance appropriately 

Qualifications:

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19

• Meets NYS health requirements

• Recent physical & record of immunizations 

• Two References

• Positive and compassionate attitude

• Drivers License or reliable transportation is required

License/Certification:

• HHA OR PCA or Companion Care Experience a Plus!
