Position Description:As a Campus Services Technician on 3rdd Shift (10:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.), you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Perform regular patrols to secure the buildings around Applied Medical’s campuses.
- Inspect security systems, doors and potential building hazards.
- Respond to alarm calls.
- Report lighting, air-conditioning or plumbing issues to the Maintenance team.
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- Read or train to read design plans.
- Comfortable working in new construction sites or amidst remodeling projects.
- Familiarity with job-site safety rules and equipment.
- Perform manual labor, walk extensively, stand for periods of time, kneel, carry, and climb ladders.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work after hours and weekends.
- Computer literate.
- Team player.
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Knowledge of Access and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
- Experience with security systems.
- Competitive compensation range: $20 - $23 / hour (California).
