Position Overview:
The Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide efficient, professional support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and solutions.

• Document call details and maintain accurate records.

• Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

• Provide exceptional service while meeting call handling metrics.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
