Position Overview:
The Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide efficient, professional support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and solutions.
Document call details and maintain accurate records.
Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Provide exceptional service while meeting call handling metrics.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
