Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Studio City, CA (On-site)

Salary: $25/hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime/extended hours, including weekends as needed

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Parking: On-site parking available

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
