Schedule: Monday-Friday, various day shifts available
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr ($19 for early shift, $20 for late)

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies using a phone script.

Requirements:

Call center experience preferred

Basic computer skills

Excellent phone etiquette required
