This role requires extensive travel and involves working on large-scale and custom projects nationwide, with installations across military, multi-family, and educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cabinetry, countertops, and interior finishing, combined with strong decision-making skills and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

- Perform installations of cabinets, countertops, shelving systems, and custom millwork.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining precision and quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions accurately.
- Handle a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams and adhere to project timelines.
- Maintain organization and ensure job sites are clean and orderly.
- Work may range from large volume cabinet and countertop install - to custom one of a kind specialty work.
- Experience: Familiar with cabinet and countertop installation; skilled in interior finishing.
- Travel Ability: Willingness to travel and work with team members on-site for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools and skilled in interpreting blueprints.
- Must be able to safely and effectively handle a wide variety of hand and power tools
- Safety Compliance: Must pass drug/alcohol screening and background check for job site access.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, good decision-making under pressure, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to follow instruction and meet deadlines.
