ACS Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Cabinet and Countertop Installer to join our team. This role requires extensive travel and involves working on large-scale and custom projects nationwide, with installations across military, multi-family, and educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cabinetry, countertops, and interior finishing, combined with strong decision-making skills and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform installations of cabinets, countertops, shelving systems, and custom millwork.
Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining precision and quality.
Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions accurately.
Handle a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Collaborate with project teams and adhere to project timelines.
Maintain organization and ensure job sites are clean and orderly.
Work may range from large volume cabinet and countertop install - to custom one of a kind specialty work.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience: Familiar with cabinet and countertop installation; skilled in interior finishing.
Travel Ability: Willingness to travel and work with team members on-site for extended periods.
Technical Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools and skilled in interpreting blueprints.
- Must be able to safely and effectively handle a wide variety of hand and power tools
Safety Compliance: Must pass drug/alcohol screening and background check for job site access.
Work Style: Detail-oriented, good decision-making under pressure, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to follow instruction and meet deadlines.
