Job Description
As a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, offering personalized insurance solutions. This role is remote, offering the freedom to work from home, while using advanced tools and technology to meet the unique needs of each client. You'll work primarily with veterans, union members, and seniors to provide life and health insurance options.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction
- Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to assess client insurance needs and offer tailored life and health insurance policies.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them navigate the variety of insurance products available.
Sales and Presentations
- Make sales presentations to qualified prospects (primarily veterans, union members, and seniors) to explain insurance options and close deals.
- Use government-approved guidelines and company-approved materials to ensure accurate information and compliance in all sales processes.
Lead Generation
- Utilize provided leads (no extra fees for leads) to build your pipeline, with a focus on veterans, union members, and referrals
- Build relationships with prospects, assess their insurance needs, and present policies that best meet those needs.
Qualification & Closing Sales
- Qualify prospects by assessing their insurance needs and financial situations, then close sales on individual life and health policies.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and details of each product, helping clients make informed decisions.
Remote Work
- Work from home, leveraging digital tools and mobile applications to manage sales, follow-ups, and client records.
Business Growth
- Build and grow your own business, with the potential for retirement planning and becoming fully vested in the company.

Required Qualifications
Life & Health Insurance License
- Active license required. If you dont have a current license, the company will assist you in obtaining one, whether it's a resident or non-resident license.
- Candidates without a license are still encouraged to apply, as training and assistance will be provided to get licensed before starting.
Sales Skills
- Strong sales ability with the confidence to engage with clients, persuade them to purchase, and close sales effectively.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Relationship-Building
- Ability to establish relationships with prospects, build trust, and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs.
Communication & Presentation Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to present insurance options clearly and persuasively to a diverse clientele.
- Comfort with virtual presentations is a must, as you will be engaging with clients via Zoom.
Self-Motivation
- High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented focus. You will be working independently, so the ability to stay driven and meet targets is essential.
Tech-Savvy
- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital tools to manage sales, appointments, and client data.
