Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Establish healthy person to person relationships with customers
Answer customer questions in person at our events
Inform customers of the details and specifications of our clients
Work closely with sales executives to execute strategies to the standards of our clients
Assist our customer service and sales team in exceeding weekly and monthly goals
