CSA, Wealth Management - Gpac

gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in search of an experienced Wealth Management Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their high-net-worth investment advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service through timely and accurate administrative support across client accounts.  

Primary Responsibilities: 

- Serve as a representative of the firm and firm culture through top-notch hospitality towards clients and other business relationships (vendors, professional partners, etc.)

- Prepare, process, and monitor all new client custodian paperwork, including trust documents, insurance accounts, and obtaining ‘Outside Asset’ access information.  Obtain appropriate executive signatures for account processing.

- Follow-up to ensure account number assignments and monitor transfers-in and/or funded new accounts via checks or wire transfers; respond to requests / inquiries for journals, checks, address changes, closings, distributions/contributions.

- Update client data and relationship management systems CRM

Required Qualifications:   

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 

- 3+ years in financial services or client service role  

- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning software  

- Strong verbal, written and technical communication abilities 

- Highly organized and attentive with ability to manage multiple tasks
