CRNA needed in Oregon, OH

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's. On some weeks the provider may be able to work 10's.

No weekends/no call.

All cases except hearts, heads, OB and sick peds.

Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days

Hourly - $180-$190

Holiday OT - $195-$205 (applies after 40 hours in one week)

CRNA, ACLS, BLS and OH license required
