The CRM Coordinator role supports the Commercial Team in their pursuit of these goals by delivering an exceptionally functional CRM experience to its commercial users and managers to foster astute business decisions that boost account growth and development. An important aspect of delivering an exceptionally functional CRM system is ensuring a user experience that is neither complex nor time consuming as to ensure the highest adoption rates. Ultimately, the Commercial Team relies on the CRM team to provide a highly functional CRM program and training for users as well as insightful reports to not only manage the customers and opportunities in a territory but also for managers to manage their teams.
What will you do
- Define and implement the approved CRM strategy for the Americas region to enhance and increase CRM usage, adoption and growing the business by effectively meet revenue targets, business strategies and company objectives.
- Supports other regional CRM Analysts globally to advance CRM strategy consistently in all regions.
- Monitors closely the project pipeline in CRM for completeness and status and reports on it to Commercial leaders.
- Proactively and consistently drives initiatives and suggestions to improve CRM and its related reporting tools, based on user feedback on functionality and usability.
- Innovates, leads and manages CRM related initiatives for the different stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Customer Service etc). This is a key accountability for this role as these different stakeholders continue to innovate within their groups to improve processes to help achieve strategic goals. Their interdependence with CRM will evolve as well, and this needs to be attended to through strong and consistent interaction and idea generation.
- Manage and execute on-boarding trainings, on-going refresher trainings and JIT trainings. Organize webinars / workshops. Identify training needs for and with Commercial leaders for individuals or qroups
- Establish guidelines & procedures to support stakeholders to increase CRM effectiveness and quality data input and output.
- Preparing training material and manuals for CRM (Sharepoint)
- Undertake all duties of the CRM System administrator which also includes user management and security among others in cooperation with Commercials leaders.
- Stay up-to date on regulations (GMDA), trends, and innovations in the CRM field (CRM User Group membership.
- Builds customized views, reports and dashboards to facilitate user data visibility to all CRM users.
- At QH, the CRM is a vehicle to drive Sales Excellence in our efforts to achieve our strategic goals. The CRM Analyst team is under the umbrella of Sales Excellence, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Excellence. As such this CRM Analyst conducts activities and takes on initiatives keeping the greater goal of Sales Excellence in mind.

What do we look for
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certification (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate)
- 3 years' experience in a commercial environment in an international environment.
- Strong affinity for working with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft suite) and advanced Excel skills
- You are customer focused, setting high standards for quality. You highly enjoy working with associates from different departments and levels.
- Able to acclimate into a fast-paced dynamic environment.
