Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Travel Requirement: 50% or more
Job Overview: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and providing innovative solutions for customer needs related to CNC machine tools. The Service Manager builds strong customer relationships, promotes company products, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell company products, offering technical sales support as needed.
- Collaborate with Applications Engineers to assess customer equipment needs.
- Develop and present proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
- Conduct regular visits to customer facilities, reviewing engineering and service issues and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Resolve complex engineering issues at customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in machine tool environments is preferred.
