Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular inspections of CNC machines to identify and diagnose problems or malfunctions.
2. Perform complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repair and maintenance work performed.
4. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to operators, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
6. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CNC machine repair and maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines during repair and maintenance procedures.
8. Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machines as needed.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC repair and maintenance.
2. A technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines.
4. Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, programming, and safety regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
8. Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as needed.
9. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment used in CNC machine repair and maintenance.
10. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
