Our client is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the production department supporting skilled machinists. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for precision engineering which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Westminster, MD

What's the Job?

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines including mills and lathes.
• Utilizing an EDM machine (electrical discharge machine) for specific tasks.
• Ensuring the quality and precision of machined parts through careful monitoring and adjustments.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with industry standards.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in CNC programming and machine setup.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
