CNC Programmer/Machinist at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer/Machinist position include:

• Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam) for programming.
• At times, you will be responsible for programming G-Code or M-Code at the machine.
• Must be capable of developing a program from an Engineering print.
• Experience with selecting tooling, applying appropriate speeds and feeds, and troubleshooting machining issues.
• Skilled in designing and machining custom fixturing as needed.
• Ability to read technical drawings and inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges.
• Expertise with Haas machines desired.
• Develop programs for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining.
• Competence in training operators, stabilizing processes, and completing changeovers efficiently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for documenting processes and maintaining accurate records.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area while following prescribed safety procedures.

Salary: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
