Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for production issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
