Job Description:
As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that our state-of-the-art HAAS and HURCO machining centers operate efficiently and deliver precision-engineered components. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career, increase your earning potential, and stay at the cutting edge of CNC technology. This is not a button-pusher position.
Key Responsibilities:
● Set up and operate CNC machining centers, predominantly HAAS and HURCO, to produce high-precision parts.
● Program CNC machines at machine console and using Mastercam as required
● Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
● Select and install tooling and fixtures for each job, optimizing machine performance.
● Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
● Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC machines.
● Ensure that finished components meet stringent quality standards through regular inspections.
● Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in CNC programming and operation (preferred but not required).
● Proficiency in CNC programming software and blueprint reading.
● Experience with HAAS and HURCO machines is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
