Role
As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as CNC Milling Operator, CNC Technician), you'll operate CNC machinery to fabricate parts for the aerospace industry. You'll run production and non-production jobs, communicate with team members, follow established Quality Management Systems, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

- 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift: 4 days/week, 4pm-2:30am.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
- Proficiency with machining operations like drilling, turning, and tapping.
- Familiarity with vertical and horizontal machines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
