CNC Installation Technician - Revel Staffing

Job Responsibilities:

The CNC Installation Technician will possess mechanical skills and some knowledge of electrical theory and principles. Primary duties include:

• Traveling to customer sites to install various CNC machine types and related equipment.
  
• Using machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal/vendor resources to ensure successful machine installations.
  
• Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to both the office and customer regarding machine issues and status.
  
• Testing all machine functions and installed options to ensure proper operation and successful installation.
  
• Willingness to undergo training to maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s CNC machine tools and product lines.
  

Job Qualifications/Competencies:

• 3-5 years of validated experience in CNC Maintenance or Mechanical Maintenance.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and product drawings.
  
• Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and other business software.
  
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including some overnight travel.
  
• Frequent travel throughout the regional territory is required.

• Must be highly mobile and able to access all areas of customer premises.

• Ability to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of materials up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  
• Frequent use of hands and arms is required.
  
• Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while interacting with customers and co-workers.
