Maple Farm Nursing Center offers an innovative model of short- and long-term skilled nursing within two warm and welcoming households situated on 66 acres in Akron, PA.
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Department: Skilled Nursing
Status: Full Time & Part Time
Schedule: Days, Evenings or Nights
Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $20/hr PLUS shift differentials that include $2 for evenings, $1.50 for Nights, and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Maple Farm Nursing?
As a C.N.A., supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse
- Responsible for the safety of residents
- Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents
- Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed
- Documentation in electronic medical record system.
What do I need for this role with Maple Farm Nursing?
- Current and valid C.N.A. certification in PA
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and electronic medical record systems
