Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the company's representative on financial, accounting, and tax issues.
- Ensure the financial stability of the organization during its growth phases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax reporting standards, including US GAAP and tax filings.
- Oversee the annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze and review monthly financial performance.
- Manage the company’s equity program, covering employee purchases and external investors.
- Enhance and streamline financial systems, processes, tools, and controls for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create accurate cash flow projections and detailed financial forecasts.
- Provide timely and precise analysis of budgets, financial reports, and trends to support strategic decision-making by the co-CEOs, Board, and senior executives.
- Collaborate strategically in the development of corporate programs.
- Assess the financial impact of new business initiatives.
- Oversee treasury operations and optimize cash and working capital management.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and capital returns.
- Assist the co-CEOs in managing relationships with investors and capital markets.
- Support investor relations and communications alongside the co-CEOs.
- Develop a Finance Department committed to continuous improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
