Compensation
- $150 to $175k+ base plus bonus – depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Oversee preparation and communication of financial statements.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
- Manage all aspects of accounting and finance functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to promote high performance.
- Maintain relationships with investors and financial stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in the property management or real estate industry.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Experience with property management software and systems.
