Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of security systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidate should expect travel to locations within the United States and to international destinations up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Conduct joint site surveys aboard U.S. military installations (domestic and foreign) to determine optimal camera placement and system requirements.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cabling, hardware, analog & IP cameras, monitors, and recording devices.
- Consult with clients to determine their security needs to provide suitable CCTV system designs and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and security systems.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated prior experience as a CCTV installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and physical security protocols
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Active Building Industry Consulting Services, International (BISCI) certification
- Ability to arrange travel arrangements for domestic and international travel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Able to pass a national security background check (if applicable)
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time (domestic/foreign) for up to 3 weeks
- May require flexible hours to accommodate customer needs and for travel requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75lbs)
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces

- Ability to work well within a team/hybrid environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
