Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Manager position include:

• Prior experience leading multifamily drafters (not single-family)
• Proficiency in kitchen software such as ProKitchen or 20-20
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables and lookup formulas)
• Knowledge of cabinets, dimensions, and construction blueprints
• Strong expertise in ADA considerations
• Review architectural plans and ensure clarity in kitchen design shop drawings
• Assist drafters in determining required cabinets and manage workflow
• Lead or collaborate with the Purchasing Team for ordering from suppliers

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 2 weeks PTO after the initial 90 days, and company-provided software and equipment.
