We are looking for an individual with Public Works and Commercial Design Services, with:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural drafting/3D modeling. 
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD are required to create Construction Plan and Detail Drawings in accordance with Architect/Engineer’s direction and rough or detailed sketches and/or notes. 
• Proficiency in BIM with Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of MEP a plus but not required.
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Associates Degree or more, Preferable
• This is a full-time, hourly position, with a strong benefits package.
