- Expertise and experience with
SLDC as well as GxP applications.
- Able to define and create work instructions that will be used by IT Support
(L2). Needs to own process documentation and work instructions.
- Own document tracking worksheet, encompassing SOPs, Work Instructions,
Engineering Specifications, and Validation Documents.
- Step in as IT support (L2) as needed
- Collaborate with product owner and developers to analyze product features,
ensuring documentation accurately reflects product functionality.
- Partner with technical teams to simplify product instructions and improve
overall user experience.
- Author and review supporting content for product, adhering to industry
standards and best practice.
- Edit and refine documentation prepared by team members and ensure high
quality and consistency across all materials.
- Incorporate visual elements such as animations, graphs, and illustrations to
enhance comprehension and engagement in technical documents.
- Expertise and experience with clinical trials & health care is important.
