As a Business Transformation Analyst, you'll play a critical role by ensuring employee readiness to absorb transformative initiatives and enable program objectives by driving high-velocity organizational readiness and adoption. You will focus on the people side of program implementations by analyzing the impact of change on business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing CM (Change Management) strategies, plans, and communications to facilitate employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance and risk. As Business Transformation, you'll get to work across program and organizational boundaries to help design and deliver strategies that realize program goals, increase benefits realization, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs to key partners across Procure to Pay, IT, and Operations. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for but not be limited to:
- Appling technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
- Collaborate across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
- Develop a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
- Assess sub-project dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
- Develop the skills for employees to live into the future-state and reinforces the transformational shifts so the changes can be sustained.
- Apply a structured framework in leading change management activities.
- Communicate anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
- Conducting project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of demonstrated change management experience or procurement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, change management, supply chain management (or related)
- Master’s degree in business management, change management, supply chain management (or related) with 3+ years of demonstrated change management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Supply Chain Planning experience
- Agile Methodologies
- Risk Management
- Resource Management
- Data Analysis
- IT Architecture
- Technical Documentation
- Time Management
- In-depth knowledge of ERP system
- Prosci certification
- SharePoint (admin/site maintenance) and Microsoft Teams experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$105,797.00-$175,105.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
