Job DescriptionPartner with Delivery Manager on the Solutions Readiness team within US Technology to evaluate, refine, measure, write and maintain requirements specific to Delivery within the US Market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on upcoming Delivery features which will be enabled in the market, and ensure features are thoroughly tested. Provide assistance to Support and Testing teams to ensure requirements and functionality are understood across teams. Understand the importance of documentation and continually strive to keep all Delivery related documentation up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading, gathering and documenting requirements and refining the product backlog
- Documenting user stories and interacting with developers, QA, and business partners to ensure understanding of the deliverables
- Conduct analysis and translate business requirements to customer experience and development needs
- Maintain and prioritize backlog within Jira
- Bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers
- Continually evolve and maintain Delivery documentation as needed.
- Effectively manage communications with stakeholders and other cross-functional teams
- 3-5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master at multi-tasking
- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional development teams of engineers, designers, researchers, strategists, and scrum masters
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies
- Familiarity with conducting training sessions
- Experience with leading requirements meeting and documenting the requirements
- Capable of creating training and FAQ documents
- Customer-centric with a passion for impeccable digital experiences
- Preferred experience with mobile/web apps and digital products
