Business/Systems Analyst III - TalentBridge

Your Team Overview/ Department: Business Integration Plan of Record Team - This position is responsible for defining and establishing business rules for large cross-functional *** Core, Mobile and government projects. The role involves but is not limited to documenting requirements and user stories detailing robust, high-level requirements for all impacted teams for all new work and requirements for enhancements of existing in-flight projects as well as high level process workflows. Business Integration is responsible for, End-to-End Business Requirements, Rules and User Stories, Operational Improvements, PMO and ORT testing.

Story behind the need/key projects: The BA is the link between ***’s strategic goals, our customer operations stakeholders, and all development and testing teams. The BA must understand the business problems and opportunities in order to build requirements and offer solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Customer Operations stakeholders rely heavily on the BA’s measured, continued evaluation and recommendations as a touchstone for the business to

understand the work from concept to deliverable. The changes they recommend will impact their business unit, and ultimately the customer.
