We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Agile Team) to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $66,420 - $138,376. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

Business Systems Analyst (Agile Team)
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support individuals and teams in improving process effectiveness and efficiency within an Agile environment. If you are motivated to help others succeed through continuous improvement and learning, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and visualize process governance within an Agile environment
- Develop data and reports enabling executive visibility of process compliance
- Assess Agile teams' implementation of practices to manage flow, visualize work, and create feedback loops according to organizational standards
- Analyze Agile boards to identify constraints to flow
- Write accomplishments describing improvements to process, quality, and delivery
- Support planning, logistics, and execution of training classes teaching processes and governance
Basic Qualifications:
- Holds a four-year degree in an appropriate field or an additional three (3) years of relevant experience.
- US Citizen.
- Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Check.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with a system development team or knowledge work team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with an Agile team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Jira or an equivalent tool to visualize the flow of work. Examples include Businessmap (formerly Kanbanize), NimbleWork SwiftKanban, Microsoft Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Miro or Mural is a plus.
- Experience with process modeling and measurement is helpful.
