Steely is looking for a “steely-eyed” individual to join our team as a Business Operations Team Member.

Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance. Therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities:Business Administration
- Manage day-to-day business objectives.
- Coordinate with tax and compliance specialist to ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Audit company records to ensure accuracy of financial and inventory information.
- Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings.
- Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
- Assist with preparing year-end financial statements.
Business Improvement
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective corporate structure for various business goals.
- Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures and brief senior leadership on business implications.
- Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations.
Customer Service
- Provide quality service to customers, vendors, and business partners.
- BS/BA degree
- 2 or more years of professional experience.
- Exhibit positive and professional demeanor and ability to work well with a small team is required.
- Exercise ability to effectively communicate issues, concerns and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to personnel with varying degrees of knowledge required.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Preferred experience and expertise:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred (e.g. LLCs, C Corps, Series LLCs, Trusts).
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
