The Role:
The Biz Ops Analyst is a critical support role, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, manage projects, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization. This position requires a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the CEOs right hand, providing support in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and events, including conducting research, creating briefing materials, and managing logistics.
• Assist in managing the CEOs calendar, prioritizing appointments and ensuring effective time management.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely completion and effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and internal metrics to identify opportunities and potential challenges, providing insights to the CEO.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other written materials on behalf of the CEO.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Provide general administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment, preferably in a support/operations role.
• Consulting experience from Top consulting firms (preferably McKinsey, Deloitte Consulting, BCG etc.) required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaborate effectively with teams.
• Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
• Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), management, or a related field required.
