Position Details:

• Position: Business Office Assistant
• Pay Rate: $28.00-$33.00/hour (above market rates, DOE)
• Schedule: Full-Time

• Assist with billing and collections, including Medicare, CalAIM, and HMO claims.
• Accurately process invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain organized financial records and support the Business Office Manager as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and insurance providers to address billing inquiries.

• Experience: Prior experience with skilled nursing facility billing and collections is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare, CalAIM, HMO, and other healthcare reimbursement processes.
