About the Job
Business Litigation Paralegal
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a private firm in search of a litigation paralegal. Part of what makes us different from other local law firms is that our attorneys handle both transactional and litigation matters. The primary areas of our practice are real estate law, partnership law, shareholder disputes, business and commercial law, construction litigation, and related disputes.
Importantly, we are not a high-volume insurance defense firm, and we do not do cookie-cutter work. We predominantly handle complex matters for individuals and small and medium-sized businesses, with litigation the bulk of the practice and transactional work predominantly, but not exclusively, arising from the resolution of matters being litigated.
