Experience: 3+ years in Commercial Business Litigation

Responsibilities:

• Handling depositions
• Motion practice
• Court appearances
• Managing electronic discovery

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic record
• Salary: $135,000 to $160,000
