Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Lead
Location: Northeastern U.S. Region
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights to meet organizational objectives.
• Define and execute data strategies, including governance, architecture, and analytics best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business intelligence projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and implement efficient data processing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business needs.
• Supervise and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers to achieve strategic goals.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over seven years of experience in business intelligence development, including data modeling, data integration, and visualization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with governance strategies and policies for data management.
• Strong SQL programming skills and experience with database systems like Oracle and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of BI architecture, including star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud platforms and technologies.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced degree in Business Intelligence or a related field.
• Expertise with predictive and prescriptive analytics and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with tools for advanced data processing and analytics.
• Knowledge of industry-standard BI tools and technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and projects.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $98000K-$140000K
