Business Develpment Rep Commercial Division - Marcum Search

CBIZ is collaborating with a client in central Nassau County, NY to find a Business Development Representative with strong sales and customer service experience. This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week in Nassau County, NY, with the potential for remote work 2 days a week after acclimation (approximately 2-6 months).

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts
• Pursue Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and respond to RFP opportunities
• Engage prospective clients and build relationships
• Work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to forge productive working relationships and drive revenue and growth

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience selling within the legal/litigation industry
• Strong work ethic and passion for serving demanding clients
• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
