An Addison Group client is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in the Philadelphia market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster business expansion by increasing the client base.
- Achieve or surpass established sales goals.
- Secure client referrals through professional referral networks.
- Engage with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare centers to drive sales for Home Care Staffing.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current referral sources.
- Represent the agency with professionalism and expertise within the healthcare sector.
- Identify, develop, and participate in community marketing initiatives.
- Provide compassionate care and resolve issues for both clients and caregivers.
- Educate support coordination organizations about AmeriBest services.
COMPLIANCE EXPECTATIONS:
Compliance with company policies and procedures is mandatory for all associates and forms part of performance evaluations. Associates must:

- Experience with HHAeXchange is a plus.
- Capable of managing time and resource demands independently and prioritizing tasks.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a home care setting.
- At least 1 years of customer service experience.
