Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business development sales executive to join our growing team. You will be primarily responsible for generating leads and closing new deals. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in various markets and regions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B IT and/or cybersecurity role.
- Experience with lead generation and new business development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meet monthly sales metrics.
- Goal-oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Follow-up on quotes with a target customer in a timely manner.
- Follow up on trade show, company, or network supplied leads within one week of receipt.
- Follow up with prospects and suspects utilizing CRM for data management and tracking and general record keeping.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Good driving record.
- Legally able to be employed in the United States.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a lot of different activities successfully.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per year.
- Attractive commission structure with a target compensation of $40,000-$60,000 per year.
- OTE compensation range of $115,000-$145,000
