About the Job
SundaySky is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team remotely. You will play a pivotal sales role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads and initiating the sales process. You will work closely with our sales teams to generate and nurture leads, ultimately contributing to the company's success in expanding its customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and leads within the target market
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit with SundaySky's solutions
- Personalize messaging, qualify interest in SundaySky that leads to net new opportunities
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers
- Collaborate with account executives to create a strategy for driving pipeline within each territory & own the execution of outbound prospecting & inbound lead follow-up
- Keep accurate and detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- Stay informed about SundaySky's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
What you’ll bring:
● 2+ years of sales and lead generation experience
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
● Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
● Excited about building a pipeline of prospective customers
● Process and detail-oriented
● Experience in cold-calling
● Get the job done attitude
● Hit and exceed sales targets
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
● Experience with using a platform like Salesloft or Outreach
● Experience with a tool like Clari or Orum is a plus
