Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at Siteimprove are an essential function of our Sales department and key to the growth and success of our organization. BDRs are the first point of contact for most of our new business opportunities. This is a highly visible role that has a direct and significant impact on our business.

What you will be doing
- Act as professional experts - we take the time to understand our customer's needs and address them head-on
- Connect with prospects through written and verbal communication
- Conduct qualifying calls with prospects to identify pain points within their business and effectively communicate the relevant information to the Account Executives
- Understand and effectively communicate Siteimprove solutions
- Sourcing pipeline via direct outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) based on our prospect database and your own research
- Strive for daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals while providing an excellent experience for prospective customers
- Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process
- Completing sales training assignments and improving quickly
- Adapting quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Perform other related duties as assigned

The annual salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $50,000.
This target is designed to set clear expectations and align with our budget for the ideal candidate. We are dedicated to having open discussions about compensation during the interview process to ensure that we find a mutually beneficial match for both you and our team.
